2 cans artichoke hearts, quartered and drained
8 to 10 bacon slices
Preheat broiler. Cut bacon into pieces long enough to wrap around artichokes. Secure bacon with a wooden toothpick. Arrange on a broiler pan, broil until bacon is crisp. Makes 24 appetizers.
