3 oz bittersweet chocolate
21/2 cups milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoon sugar
Pinch of salt
Toppings:
Mini marshmallows
Whipped cream
Cinnamon sticks
Break up the chocolate. In a medium saucepan, heat the milk and cream until just simmering. Add the chocolate, sugar, and salt; whisking constantly until ingredients are completely melted and combined, about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat. Place a cinnamon stick into each mug and carefully pour the hot liquid in. Top with mini marshmallows or whipped cream and serve.
