COLORS
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You may return any item purchased on our Web site within 30 days of the purchase. All items must be returned in original condition and in their original packaging and containers, as shipped from H & H.. All returns /exchanges will be refunded or credited the same way it was purchased. Shipping & handling will not be refunded. No returns/exchanges will be accepted after 30 days. Custom and special orders are not returnable.

Please indicate on the invoice, the reason for your return. If you wish to exchange the item for another, please note the information for the new item on the packing slip as well. Please include your phone number in case we need to contact you for clarification.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
We make every effort to protect merchandise while in transit to you. Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt for shipping damages. If you receive damaged merchandise, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment and retain all packing materials.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Prices are subject to change. We will gladly provide a one-time refund/adjustment for any item purchased within 10 days of a permanent price change. Temporary promotional price changes are not eligible for price adjustments.
